1. What We Do

Armenian Freelancers helps:

• Clients submit projects to Armenian freelancers and teams
• Freelancers and teams apply to join our platform

We do not hire freelancers or guarantee project results. All work agreements happen directly between clients and freelancers.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

• You must be 18 or older
• You must follow all applicable laws

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your login details safe
• You are responsible for activity on your account

4. Project Submissions & Applications

Clients:

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your projects
• We do not guarantee freelancer selection or project success

Freelancers / Teams:

• Applications are reviewed by the platform
• Approval is not guaranteed
• Acceptance does not guarantee projects

5. User Conduct

Do not:

• Post false or illegal information
• Spam, harass, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Hack or misuse the platform

6. Intellectual Property

• The platform's content (text, logos, designs) belongs to us
• You may not copy or share our content without permission
• You own your own project submissions or portfolios, but allow us to display them on the platform

7. Payments

All payment terms, pricing, and financial agreements are negotiated directly between clients and freelancers.

Armenian Freelancers is not responsible for payment disputes or delayed payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee:

• Successful project outcomes
• Freelancer quality or availability
• Uninterrupted service

We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes will be resolved in Armenian courts.
