Armenian technology startups raised a total of $180 million in venture capital funding throughout 2025, representing a 35% increase compared to the previous year, according to data published by the Armenian Venture Capital Association.
Investment Breakdown
The funding was distributed across 47 deals, with the largest rounds going to SaaS companies, fintech platforms, and AI-driven analytics tools. Series A rounds accounted for 42% of total capital, while seed and pre-seed investments made up 31%.
International Investors
Notable investors included U.S.-based venture firms such as Initialized Capital and European funds like Seedcamp and Point Nine Capital. Approximately 68% of funding came from international sources, while Armenian diaspora investors contributed 22%.
Sector Focus
